Celebrating living Brand Experience, the Premium Thai-Style Grilled Restaurant
at “Hey Moo Kratha”

Thailand - FWD Life Insurance Plc (“FWD Insurance”) recently
launched the 'No Queue, Free Grilled Pork at HEY Mookrata' activity to
promote its 'Celebrate living' brand experience campaign by offering young,
working-age individuals a chance to win a free meal with friends at the premium
Thai-style grilled restaurant, HEY Mookrata, in the OURS project's Charoen
Nakhon Soi 10. Participants just had to answer a question about who they would
like to invite for grilled pork and why, and the 50 winners—each getting two
seats—were chosen based on their answers. The activity held from March 17–30
and promoted through TikTok received an overwhelming response throughout the
campaign.
The 'No
Queue, Free Grilled Pork at HEY Mookrata' activity aimed to increase brand
awareness for FWD Insurance by utilizing a brand experience strategy that
communicates the brand through the activation of sight, taste, smell, sound,
and touch, or the five sensory concepts of 'Experiences of Celebrate living.'
By selecting HEY Mookrata, a stylish grilled pork restaurant that offers
high-quality, fresh, and clean ingredients, FWD Insurance created a unique
experience for customers that elevates traditional Thai-style grilled
restaurants into a modern, mid-century-style setting.
