เอฟดับบลิวดี กรุ๊ป (FWD Group) ประกาศแต่งตั้ง นายณัฐพิสิษฐ์ ครุฑครองชัย ดำรงตำแหน่ง ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร (Chief Executive Officer) บริษัท เอฟดับบลิวดี ประกันชีวิต จำกัด (มหาชน) ประเทศไทย โดยมีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 11 พฤษภาคม 2569 เป็นต้นไป เพื่อเข้ารับตำแหน่งต่อจาก นายเดวิด โครูนิช ซึ่งจะเกษียณอายุในวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2569 โดยจะมีช่วงเวลาการส่งมอบงานเพื่อให้การบริหารงานเป็นไปอย่างต่อเนื่อง

การแต่งตั้งครั้งนี้สะท้อนความมุ่งมั่นของ FWD ประกันชีวิต ในการเสริมความแข็งแกร่งระดับผู้นำองค์กร พร้อมเดินหน้าพัฒนาประสบการณ์ลูกค้าให้เข้าใจง่าย เข้าถึงได้ และสอดรับกับไลฟ์สไตล์ของผู้คนในทุกช่วงชีวิต สอดคล้องกับพันธกิจของ FWD ในการ “เปลี่ยนมุมมองของผู้คนที่มีต่อการประกันชีวิต” (Changing the way people feel about insurance)

นายณัฐพิสิษฐ์เป็นผู้บริหารที่มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมประกันชีวิตเกือบ 30 ปี ครอบคลุมทั้งในประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศ โดยมีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการขับเคลื่อนการเติบโต การบริหารช่องทางตัวแทน และการตลาด เคยดำรงตำแหน่งผู้บริหารระดับสูงในองค์กรชั้นนำของอุตสาหกรรม ได้แก่ ตำแหน่งประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท กรุงไทย-แอกซ่า ประกันชีวิต จำกัด (มหาชน) รวมถึงตำแหน่งสำคัญด้านการบริหารงานตัวแทนและการตลาดกับเอไอเอทั้งในประเทศไทยและฮ่องกง โดยมีประสบการณ์การทำงานในฮ่องกงกว่า 17 ปี และในประเทศไทยกว่า 13 ปี

ด้านการศึกษา นายณัฐพิสิษฐ์สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท หลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตร์มหาบัณฑิต สาขาการเงินระหว่างประเทศ (Global Finance) โครงการความร่วมมือระหว่าง HKUST Business School และ NYU Stern School of Business และสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี บริหารธุรกิจบัณฑิต สาขาการตลาด จากมหาวิทยาลัยอัสสัมชัญ (ABAC) รวมถึงผ่านหลักสูตรผู้บริหารจาก Singularity University รัฐแคลิฟอร์เนีย สหรัฐอเมริกา

Chief Executive Officer of FWD Insurance, Thailand, reinforcing its leadership in the market while driving customer experience through deeper understanding

 

FWD Group today announced the appointment of Mr. Knattapisit Krutkrongchai as Chief Executive Officer of FWD Life Insurance Public Company Limited, Thailand, effective May 11, 2026, succeeding Mr. David Korunic, who will retire on June 30, 2026, following a transition period to ensure continuity of leadership.

 

The appointment reflects FWD Insurance’s continued commitment on building strong leadership team while continuing to enhance the customer experience in ways that are simple, accessible and aligned with people’s lifestyles at every stage of life. This is in line with FWD Insurance’s mission of “changing the way people feel about insurance.”

 

Mr. Knattapisit is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience in the life insurance industry, spanning both Thailand and international markets. He brings expertise in driving growth, agency management and marketing. He has previously held senior leadership positions at leading organisations in the industry, including serving as Chief Executive Officer of Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance Public Company Limited, as well as holding key management roles in agency and marketing functions at AIA in both Thailand and Hong Kong. He has more than 17 years of work experience in Hong Kong and more than 13 years in Thailand.

In terms of education, Mr. Knattapisit holds a Master of Science in Global Finance from a joint programme between HKUST Business School and NYU Stern School of Business. He also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Assumption University (ABAC), and has completed an executive programme at Singularity University in California, the United States.
