Bangkok (28 May 2026) – Krungsri (Bank of Ayudhya PCL), led by Ms. Saisunee Hanprathueangsil (1st from left), Chief Information and Digital Officer, and Ms. Duangkamol Limpuangthip (2nd from right), Head of SME Banking Group, wins four awards for innovation and customer experience excellence at the Digital CX Awards 2026, organized by The Digital Banker, a leading global platform recognizing outstanding achievement in digital banking. The awards recognized the success of two key digital solutions that are reshaping SME financing in Thailand: the Revolving Short-term Loan service via Krungsri Biz Online, and the SME Digital Lending service via krungsri app – both designed to help streamline business lending processes with greater convenience, speed, transparency, and end-to-end digital accessibility for SMEs.
The Revolving Short-term Loan service via Krungsri Biz Online received two awards: “Outstanding Use of Digital Channels for Improved CX – Thailand” and “Best Technology Implementation for Digital CX – Thailand.” The solution was recognized for transforming short-term revolving loan management for SMEs into a fully digital process on Krungsri Biz Online, covering credit line inquiry, drawdown, repayment, and rollover. Customers no longer need to visit branches or submit physical documents, significantly reducing operational steps, enhancing convenience and speed, lowering costs for both customers and the bank, while improving transparency and reducing risks associated with traditional manual processes.
The SME Digital Lending service via krungsri app received two additional awards: “Outstanding Use of Digital Channels for Improved CX – Thailand” and “Best Technology Implementation for Digital CX – Thailand.” This solution enables customers to complete every step of the business loan application journey digitally through krungsri app, from providing e-consent and submitting supporting documents to real-time application tracking and loan disbursement. The platform enhances convenience and accelerates the loan approval process while maintaining personalized support from relationship managers throughout the customer journey, ensuring confidence and a seamless customer experience at every stage.
